Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all custom orders in the UK, and all orders are shipped tracked. Once your order is in the post, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

If nobody is present to receive your delivery, then couriers will provide you with redelivery information typically via note, but do check your tracking number for more information.

If delivery attempt is made and fails on several occasions, couriers will typically return the package to us. In such cases we will be in touch to rearrange delivery, where we will need to charge a shipping fee.
