Most products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10, applied per product. In a Club Shop, member orders for the same product are combined towards its MOQ.
Production typically takes 4-5 weeks from order confirmation. Each piece is made to your approved design using competition-grade materials and sublimation printing. We'll keep you updated and send tracking information when your order ships.
Pricing depends on the product, quantity and ordering route. For a bulk order, our customiser shows the unit price, with volume pricing applied where available.
For a Club Order, managers can offer products with no markup or add a markup so the club earns profit on items sold. The price members see stays fixed, while larger combined orders may increase the amount the club earns.
Yes. All prices shown include VAT and delivery to the club manager.
A Club Shop is a permanent home for a club's custom kit. It hosts Club Orders: manager-controlled ordering periods containing approved custom products. The manager sets the deadline, members choose sizes and pay directly, and the combined batch moves forward after ordering closes.
New custom products can be added by the manager or with Revival's help. They can use a fixed member price with no markup, or a manager-set markup so the club earns profit on items sold.
For a design competition, the manager can set a theme and deadlines. Members choose any customisable product as their base, create a design and submit it for other members to vote on.
Revival can seed the competition with a product template containing the club's logos, so every member starts with the right assets. The winning design can become a Club Order inside the Club Shop or be placed as one bulk order.
Almost everything. Using our 3D customisers, you can select your colours, patterns, graphics, add text, upload logos, and see your design in real-time. Choose from rashguards, shorts, and spats in men's, women's, and kids sizes. Browse our templates for inspiration or start from scratch.
Yes. Upload logos and artwork directly in the customiser, then resize and position them on the product. PNG, JPG and SVG files are supported; a high-resolution transparent PNG or vector SVG will usually produce the cleanest result.
If your artwork needs preparing, contact us and Revival can help.
Yes, we have detailed size charts for all our products. Visit our Size Guides page for measurements across rashguards, shorts, and spats in men's, women's, and kids sizes. Each product type has specific measurements to help you find the perfect fit.
Rashguards should fit snug but comfortable, as though they were a second skin, but not too restrictive.
Shorts should sit securely at the waist with room for movement.
Spats are designed for compression fit.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Check our Size Guides page for detailed fit recommendations and how to measure yourself.
Women's: our current custom range includes short-sleeve and long-sleeve rashguards with a women's-specific cut. Browse the women's collection or check the Size Guide for measurements.
Kids: our kids range includes short-sleeve and long-sleeve rashguards, MMA shorts, 2-in-1 shorts and spats. Kids can use the same custom designs as adults for matching club kits. Browse the kids collection or check the Size Guide for kids-specific measurements.
We use competition-grade fabrics designed for combat sports. Our rashguards use four-way stretch, moisture-wicking fabric, flatlock stitching and a silicone hem grip for comfort and security during training. Construction varies by garment, with our rashguards, shorts and spats built for regular training, competition and repeated washing.
We use premium sublimation printing, where the ink bonds with the fabric fibres. The design becomes part of the garment rather than sitting on its surface, so it will not crack or peel like a surface-applied print.
Wash inside out with like colors, hang dry, and avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they can affect the moisture-wicking properties. Thanks to sublimation printing, your designs won't peel or crack no matter how often you wash them.
When the manager's deadline passes, member orders are combined and each product is checked against its MOQ. The manager can extend ordering or add units where available. Products that meet MOQ move forward; products that remain below MOQ and are not topped up are removed and affected member orders are refunded.
Confirmed products then enter production, typically taking 4-5 weeks. Tracking is sent when the batch ships to the club manager.
Bulk orders and Club Orders are delivered together to the club manager for onward distribution to members. Members can pay directly through a Club Shop, but their items are still included in the club's combined delivery rather than shipped individually.
Once a bulk order is confirmed or a Club Order deadline passes, we prepare the approved designs for production. If you need to make a change, contact us as quickly as possible and we'll help where production has not yet started. Review designs, sizes and quantities carefully before confirming an order.
Custom-made products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Our customiser helps you review the approved design before production begins. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. See our full refund policy for details.
Contact us with questions about designing, sizing or an existing order. Include your club name, order number or product link where relevant. We usually reply within one business day.
